Your Rights Under PDPA Malaysia
Under the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA Malaysia), you may exercise the following rights:

Submission of Requests, Inquiries & Complaints
To ensure efficient handling by the DPO, please provide:

- Description of Inquiry / Complaint / Request
- Supporting Documents (if applicable)
The Company may verify your identity before processing any request or complaint involving personal data.
Response Handling Time
Upon receipt of any inquiry, complaint, or request, the DPO will:
- Acknowledge receipt
- Review and assess the matter
- Investigate where necessary
- Respond or escalate in accordance with PDPA Malaysia and internal procedures
Where additional information is required, the DPO will contact you directly through the given information.
Personal Data Breach Reporting
Any suspected personal data breach (including unauthorized access, loss, misuse, or disclosure of personal data) must be reported immediately to the DPO. The Company maintains a formal data breach response process covering identification, containment, investigation, and reporting in compliance with PDPA Malaysia.
